Meet our new Personal Trainer... Tai!
Tai joins us with experience having worked as Personal Trainer across multiple continents and countries.

Who do you like working with?
I love working with people of all ages. I specialise in postural correction and stretching-focused training to help clients move better and feel stronger. Whether older or younger, I believe flexibility is key to better performance and easier, safer weight training.
Why do you love being a Personal Trainer?
I love being a personal trainer because it allows me to make a real difference in people’s lives. Helping someone grow stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their body is incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about guiding others on their journey, celebrating their progress, and showing them that fitness can be enjoyable, empowering, and life-changing.
Favourite class to teach / participate in?
Pilates - you feel strong and get a good stretch at the same time
What is your gym tip / hack?
Finishing every workout with a good stretch. It’s the key to improving flexibility, making lifting easier, speeding up recovery, and helping prevent injuries so you can perform at your best every session.

Shoulder Press

Pistol squats
What is your greatest personal / professional sporting achievement?
Competing at a national level in gymnastics is my greatest sporting achievement, it has taught me discipline, motivation, and determination—qualities that have shaped who I am today and continue to drive my success both personally and professionally.
If you could invite 3 people to a dinner party, who would they be and why?
Deirdre Ryan, Simone Biles and Michael Jordan, they’re all people I’ve looked up to from a young age to present day!

I went snorkelling near the spot where Steve Irwin filmed his final expedition.
