From obese to this.

125kg down to 84kg.

Amazing transformation from my client

Omar who works in the office decided to change his lifestyle which resulted in transforming his physique to another level.

His incredible transformation demonstrates the effort and commitment which yielded amazing results.

Now we are in the bulking phase, which is clearly exhibiting significant muscle gain without adding unnecessary body fat.

A Grey vest gang flexing their guns on a Friday morning 😎💪🏻

This gentleman Bindi Singh Landa has turned 61 this year. He’s been smashing weights with me for the last 3 years.

His routine is to train four times a week, which is what he enjoys the most.

It has been an incredible experience for me during this time as I was able to see what benefits strength training can give to someone at his age.

🔹Increased energy levels (he is a hard working man and by having more energy he can focus on his business even more)

Although Josh has not lost a substantial amount of weight, his body composition does appear to have improved significantly.

As a result of our regular training, Josh became much fitter and his strength gains have tripled!

Our cutting phase ended on the 13th of October, and we began the maintenance phase for about 4 weeks.

We then introduced more calories and started bulking. Our goal was to make some improvements to the width of the back.

As you can see Josh has clearly added a decent amount of tissue on his back with a fairly good conditioning.

The consistency and the effort certainly paid off in this case, and I am very proud of what you have accomplished

It is expected that the cutting phase will commence shortly.

1 month difference between each photos.

85kg on the left vs 77kg on the right
rygielski is a 19 years old student. Before we started working together he didn’t have much experience in weightlifting. Although he still trained in the gym, there was no training structure in place.

In addition, he did not pay much attention to his nutrition, resulting in excess fat gain.

Our goal was to do a body recomposition and it clearly worked out.

A proper training program was implemented along with a meal plan that resulted in fat loss.

Furthermore, he was able to keep his muscles and become stronger.

Our fat loss journey continues since there is more to achieve!
