Meet Kirsty!

After falling out of love with fitness, she joined Project in January and she hasn’t looked back since.

Consistency > Intensity 📈

The “perfect” number of sessions per week doesn’t exist. The only plan that works is the one you can actually maintain. Whether that’s 2 days a week or 5, the goal is to avoid burnout and build a lifestyle that’s realistic and that you actually enjoy (somewhat 😆)

Sometimes, you’re just 5 minutes away from a different life.

When Erin first walked into Project, she was nervous. She knew she needed a change, but fear almost stopped her. She nearly didn’t join.

We are far from pushy salespeople, but David knew Erin’s potential because he’d been in her shoes. So, He told her…..

“Go to your car, call your mum, and come back in 5 minutes.”

Thankfully she walked back in and made the decision to change her life.

Since then….

☑️ A 63kg transformation.

Less than two weeks into joining Project, Dan had a nasty bike accident that completely wrecked his hand.

Most people would’ve said, “See you when you’re healed.” We did the opposite.

We sat down, looked at what he could do, and completely redesigned his goals for the short term. No excuses, just a new strategy.

The result? A total shift in his outlook. Fitness isn’t a “perfect conditions only” game. Life happens, but with the right support and system, you don’t have to hit pause, you just have to pivot 🤝
