This half to half swing builds a great strike, control of the arms and a better body pivot

1️⃣ Make half to half swings
2️⃣ Keep the arms long and extended
3️⃣ Rip the ball as far as you can

Changing exit plane to organise club path and face

Great work from Ellie the other day, bad shot was always an over draw or a push out to the right. Club path would get too far from the inside.

Simple constraint of swinging under a plane stick got the path closer to where we want it and steepened the swing plane 📐

Learn to re-centre

Great work from Greg recently where we had a look at re-centring. Adding more foot flare in set-up to then pushing in the direction of his trail foot to help re-centre his trail pelvis and spine.
