We're back on the mats this week! 🎉

Is that the summer finished already?! 😅 Well then, it's time to roll out the mats!

Classes restart next week for a seven week block that'll take us right up to our October break!

Most classes are now fully booked (thank you, you brilliant lot), but I do have a handful of spaces left in my evening class at St Cyrus Village Hall, Thursdays 6-7pm.

Right, that's me — off on my summer "holidays"! Though let's be honest, it's a staycation this year as the DIY list hasn't shrunk one bit. We'll no doubt chuck a tent in the car and try to time a run to the west coast for whenever the weather decides to behave itself. ☀️⛺ Work and rest — it's a fine balance.

A massive thank you to the best Pilates community going — you're the reason I love doing this!

Classes are back w/c 18th August for a 7 week block taking us right up to our October break. Full schedule's on the website as always.

Fair warning — I'm only predicting one or maybe two spaces up for grabs, so don't be shy. And if the class you fancy looks full, don't let that put you off — drop-ins are always an option and I'll usually find you a wee space somewhere.

Any questions, or want to get yourself booked in — email's always the best way to reach me.

What an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE couple of mornings! 🌞🧘‍♀️

A massive thank you to everyone who came along to our outdoor Pilates sessions at Nicsnax — the turnout was amazing, and the atmosphere positive, chilled, joyful vibes all round. 💛

But don't take it from me — here's a few things I overheard on the grass...

"Best class EVER — is it because we're outside?" ...yes. Yes it is. 😄

"Aww, Eddie was copying us stretching!" 🐾 (Eddie the dog was absolutely doing Pilates!)

"The sorbet is SO good" 🍧

"I feel great — what a special way to start the day"

We'll be back next summer for more outdoor classes — but in the meantime 🌿 Make sure you check out the yoga classes led by the incredible Sarah from Create Space Yoga UK, and everything that Nicci and the Nicsnax team have on offer this summer. There is so much good stuff happening — go and get involved! ☀️

✨ PILATES CLASSES ✨
✨ New 7-Week Block Starts Next Week! ✨

Can’t believe how quickly these classes have filled — thank you so much everyone 💛

At the moment, my Tuesday 9:30am class at Hillside Village Hall is the only class with spaces still available… and there are just 2 spots left 🙌

All other classes are now fully booked.

BUT… if you missed out, don’t panic! Life happens, plans change, and sometimes people can’t make a class — which means I can often squeeze in a few drop-ins (£13 per class) here and there.

It’s actually a great way to:
✨ try a class for the first time
✨ see if Pilates is for you
✨ fit in some movement without committing to a full block

So if you’re interested, it’s always worth getting in touch!
