I feel like addressing this is important because I used to get effected by this myself when scrolling through Instagram I seeing loads of ladies smashing their gym sesh and then you immediately feel guilty for not working out even on my important rest days… so if you are anything like me take these posts of people working out as information and ideas for your next workout and never feel bad for walking your own path!

My very own

✨Vietnamese Sweet Chilli & Garlic Prawn Stir Fry✨

High protein, low fat and rich in vitamin A!

Save so you can have the recipe close to hand to try for yourself 😋

Serves 2
1 Serving :
Cals: 469 P: 30g F: 4.8g C: 76.6g

Ingredients:
• 200g Frozen Cooked & Peeled King Prawns
• 300g Amoy Medium Noodles (2 sachets)
• 120g Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
• 1 Minced Clove of Garlic
• Low cal spray oil
• 120g of Carrots (1 medium sized Carrot)
• 160g of cucumber (1/2 a large cucumber)
• 15g of Chopped Fresh Coriander (including some for garnish)
• Salt and Pepper to season
• sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Method:

• Chop the carrot and cucumber julienne (long thin strips)

• Heat a wok on medium to high heat and spray the pan with a few sprays of a low cal oil spray and leave to heat for a minute

• Add the frozen cooked prawns into the pan and defrost the prawns

• Add in the minced garlic and chopped carrots and mix for 5 minutes or until carrots have softened

• Add in the stir fry sauce and warm through the sauce for a couple minutes then add the noodles and cook for recommend time on the packet

• Shortly after adding the noodles put in the cucumber and coriander, making sure there’s still some coriander for garnish if desired and season with salt and pepper to taste

• Serve and garnish with sesame seeds and coriander

Swipe to look and save to give you an idea on how to get over 100g of protein in a day! 90% from whole foods 10% from other sources i.e protein powder. All this delicious food and yet I still have calories left for today so room for another snack!

Everyday doesn’t look like this for me as life gets in the way like it does for everyone, it’s definitely something I aim for on a daily basis and so can you, depending on your own personalised macro goals!

Running short on time and looking to throw something together for dinner?

This simple, tasty meal idea is quick, budget friendly and so versatile that you can use up those veggies that’s been sitting in the fridge or freezer for a while

1 Serving = 474 Cal P: 35.3g C: 43.3g F: 16.3

Recipe Serves 4

• 500g pre cooked rice
• 360g Chicken breast cooked
• 4 Large Eggs
• 2 white onions diced
• 200g Broccoli florets(cooked)
• 150g Cauliflower florets (cooked)
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 tsp bullion/veg stock
• 4 tbsp light soy sauce

Directions:
• Heat 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok on high heat then reduce down to medium heat and add chopped onion and garlic
• cook onion for 1 minute then add 4 eggs directly into the pan and continuously mix not allowing egg to stick onto pan
• cook eggs half way and then put in the rice into the wok along with the other 1tbsp of vegetable oil
•put in cooked chicken and broccoli and cauliflower that have been cooked (or any other pre cooked veg) and mix
• reduce heat to medium low heat and add the soy sauce and veg stock/bullion and mix
•ensure eggs are cooked to your liking then serve

✨MINDFUL MARCH CHALLENGE✨

We are constantly told to look after our physical health but many forget to look after our mental health. Especially during these difficult times we have the pressure of being productive, losing weight, having a glow-up, being the best versions of ourselves all while during a global pandemic! - we need to give our mind a break and give our brain the care it needs! This is what this challenge is about, it’s about being present and not thinking in the past or the future because that’s what tends to lead to anxiety. Grounding ourselves by taking time out to go for a walk and listen to nature, watch that movie that you want to watch without feeling guilty of being under productive that day, doing 5 minutes of mindful breathing can give that break your brain needs!

For the whole of March you must complete everyday, or if you can’t do that specific thing that day just swap it around you just need to complete each thing, and then tag me when you are completing the days task and tick/score it off the calendar, so print it out and stick it on your wall! (once entered I’ll send you a printable version)
Everyone who completes each day will be put into a draw and there will be 2 people that will be within the chance of winning a FREE 4 week personalised programme with personalised calorie goals and macronutrient goals that will start in April!
