✨MINDFUL MARCH CHALLENGE✨

We are constantly told to look after our physical health but many forget to look after our mental health. Especially during these difficult times we have the pressure of being productive, losing weight, having a glow-up, being the best versions of ourselves all while during a global pandemic! - we need to give our mind a break and give our brain the care it needs! This is what this challenge is about, it’s about being present and not thinking in the past or the future because that’s what tends to lead to anxiety. Grounding ourselves by taking time out to go for a walk and listen to nature, watch that movie that you want to watch without feeling guilty of being under productive that day, doing 5 minutes of mindful breathing can give that break your brain needs!
For the whole of March you must complete everyday, or if you can’t do that specific thing that day just swap it around you just need to complete each thing, and then tag me when you are completing the days task and tick/score it off the calendar, so print it out and stick it on your wall! (once entered I’ll send you a printable version)
Everyone who completes each day will be put into a draw and there will be 2 people that will be within the chance of winning a FREE 4 week personalised programme with personalised calorie goals and macronutrient goals that will start in April!
