Reading your programme ⚓🧭

It's no good having a nap if you don't know North from your South.

We've put together a wee programming guide to help members navigate the group programme independently when using the open gym to complete the "optional" third workout, or catch up on any missed group PT sessions from earlier in the week.

The move is coming along nicely and we are on schedule to open Monday 9th. Thank you to everyone helping us get this show on the road! The support has been very, very cool 🫶🍕

(included in any membership)

📢PART/FULL TIME COACH OPPORTUNITY

We're on the hunt for a strength savvy professional to join our new coaching team at The Shore, where we deliver small group personal training sessions to every day people improving their baseline health and functionality, while exploring their strength potential.

Whether part or full-time, Adapt coaches have 24/7 gym access. PT clients do not need memberships or day passes to enter. Weekly hours are fixed and nobody will be fighting for equipment.

Part-time:
- 50% Rent - £200
- 50% Sessions - 2 Small Group PT classes per week.

Full-time:
- x4 Weekly Sessions - Small Group PT and/or pre-programmed classes based on needs of business.

- x1 Individualised Programme - You will be assigned one individuals programme to write/manage. Coaches receive the full amount for any additional PT sessions that individual wishes to do.

Meet Our Team! 👋

Nikki is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Certified Pre & Post Natal Coach and Transformational Life Coach.

"My practice is centered around helping people live a stronger more nourishing life and having a laugh while developing confidence, better health and an increased sense of wellbeing in the gym. Client relationships are very important to me - You’ll always be met with a warm smile, big hug and a listening ear.

I would describe the way I train myself and clients, as functionality focused; there are elements of strength, balance, coordination, endurance, power and mobility- all essentials to help our bodies keep ticking over, especially as we age."

You can join Nikki at our Saturday Functional Conditioning class until October, when she will join us FULL TIME as a small group coach and PT.
