We’re please to be hosting Performance Hockey Coaching who will be running a day of training for developing and performance hockey players up to 18 years old.

Matt Fairburn is an experienced high level coach and it’s a good opportunity to developed your hockey and skills.

Just a reminder that the additional training session today is at Birmingham University Astro Pitches

U8’s and u10s is 10-11

U12s and badgers is 11-12

Recommend bringing lots of water and wearing hats (and of course sun cream)

Hi all, I’m not the biggest shock, due to the pitches being very likely still frozen tomorrow, we’re cancelling all kestrel’s training (Sunday 12th Feb).

Badgers training is half an hour earlier today, so 10:45 until 12:15

Unfortunately the Tournament tomorrow (8th December) has had to be cancelled.

As a result we’ve also made the decision to cancel badgers training.

All training today (Sunday 24th November) is off

Winds are too high and a tree has been blown over blocking the drive to the pitches.

We don’t feel it’s safe for people to travel to the pitches.

Apologies, training for Badgers and year 7 u12s will be back on Friday 18:00 until 19:00 at EHS, and normal Sunday training for all age groups will be back next Sunday at KEHS

Hi All, apologies, but due to current weather conditions caused by Storm Bert, we’ve had to cancel U8’s and U10s training this morning.

We’ll assess the u12s and badgers in about an hour.

Main training will resume on 10th November.

Badgers Friday training will resume on 8th November 18:00 until 19:00 at EHS (of Richmond Hill Road) and we have a badgers match on Saturday 9th November

Hi All,

I hope some of you managed to get some hockey over the summer, and if not you haven't missed it too much?

Apologies for the delay in getting all the details out.

Just a reminder that we do all our comms, organisation and payments through the Pitchero App which you can register for here https://www.edgbastonhc.co.uk/teams/227771 (click join at the bottom)

Normal training for all will resume on Sunday 8th September at the usual location of King Edwards High School for Girls.

- U8s will be led by Lucy, Kate and Jovi and will be from 09:30 until 10:30 at a cost of £70 for the whole season

- U10s will be led by Rich and Laura and will be from 09:30 until 10:45 at a cost of £90 for the whole season

- U12s will be led by Phil , Matt and Lou and will be from 10:45 until 12:15 at a cost of £90 for the whole season

- Badgers will be led my myself (Matthew), Ellen and Lucy and will be from 11:15 until 12:45 as well as there being Saturday matches.

The cost is £90 for the season and £5 per Saturday match. We also run a training session for Badgers on Fridays 18:00 until 19:00 at Edgbaston High School for girls (off Richmond Hill Road)

The u8s, u10s and u12s will have mixed minis tournaments throughout the season included in the costs and the U10s and u12s will have the county tournaments in March time (also incluided in the £90 subs).
