What an absolute success with over 30 of our members completing Hyrox over the past 4 days💯

Super proud of everyone who has grafted for months to get ready to take on the challenge. The training, the racing, the support, the ups and down have been incredible and for everyone to cross the finish line is always amazing❤️

THIS SATURDAY (in 2 days time) Me and will be taking on THE LAKE DISTRICT ULTRA CHALLENGE.

A 50km trail ultramarathon across The Lake District taking us up and around Lake Windermere.

This will be the third ultramarathon I’ve done🤯 but this time it’s super special.

Me and are doing this event to raise money for charities very close to our hearts. This one isn’t about competition, it’s all about doing it for a greater purpose this ourselves.

We expect the race to take somewhere between 7-9 hours to complete, over 60,000 steps and it’s also due to rain. It’s going to be rough.

FORDERS SUMMER STRIVE. With the team❤️🫡

The weekend we took 1 male and 1 female team to take on SUMMER STRIVE. A 6 person fitness competition consisting of 3 killer workouts and the dreaded final.

Competing against some of the best Hyrox athletes In the world everyone gave it their all. We loved every second.

Fitness isn’t always about winning. It’s about testing your limits and achieving things you never thought you could. Proud of all of us

Next on this list is HYROX Birmingham. We will be putting on a HYROX CAMP to get 30 of our members ready to take on this challenge. Let’s av it.
