My name is Cheryl Hammerson, and I am a Level 4 Personal Trainer. My purpose is to help clients improve their fitness, health, mobility, and quality of life. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved endurance, greater strength, or an improved ability to enjoy your everyday activities, there is a programme to suit you. Better health may be waiting just around the corner, but sometimes taking the

first step is the hardest thing to do. Gyms can be daunting places, and they don't suit everyone, so why not let me come to you? We can work in your environment, using simple equipment, and a programme created specifically for your needs. You are at the centre of your fitness journey, its all about you!
