It can be a long and tough process!
It is stated that it takes, on average, 10,000 deliberate practice hours to become an expert at any sport.
This could take an athlete up to 10 years to accomplish and justifies why athletes do not hit their peak of performance till they are 23/24 years of age.
DO NOT be discouraged!!
We all make mistakes!!
Growth comes through training, desire and perseverance!!
