✂️ A Small Request to All Our Valued Clients

Can we kindly ask everyone attending their appointment to arrive in clean clothing and with good personal hygiene where possible.

We completely understand that some medical conditions or circumstances can make this difficult, and this message is not aimed at those individuals.

However, as barbers, we work in very close proximity to our clients for 20–45 minutes at a time. Strong body odour can make this uncomfortable for both staff and other customers, and it also means gowns and towels often need extra laundering, adding significantly to our running costs.

Unfortunately, if you fail to attend your appointment without notice, a 55% cancellation fee will be applied.

We’ve had a large number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations recently, and all it takes is a quick phone call or a few taps on the Booksy app.

Cancelling your appointment also allows us to offer the slot to someone on our waiting list.
