Weโve recently seen a post regarding Catty Precision, and weโd like to take a moment to clear a few things up.
Over the past few weeks, delivery companies have unfortunately been much slower than usual. As we donโt operate the delivery services ourselves, this is outside of our control. However, weโve now upgraded to a 24-hour delivery service and will monitor how this improves things from our side.
All orders placed between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same or next dayโour processing has always been completed on time. We want to reassure everyone that we have never misled or taken advantage of any customers. Our reputation is important to us, and we wouldnโt be where we are today otherwise. If there is ever an issue, we always offer a replacement or a refund.
We also want to address a recent situation: a few weeks ago, someone contacted FedEx pretending to be us, cancelled our shipments, and requested collectionsโeven though orders had already been dispatched. This resulted in a serious security breach with FedEx, which is currently under investigation. Because of this, we have temporarily paused sending tracking details until the issue is resolved, as a precaution.
Please be assured that we are still fully operational and your money is completely safe with us. We also offer local pickup or free delivery for customers in the area.
