Welcome all to our new page, My name is Julie, I have been practicing martial arts for over 10 years, and teaching for 2. Gus and I have set up a beginners ladies only kickboxing class at our gym based in the Heads of the valleys TSD.

My aim is to help ladies of all ages and ability to improve confidence, fitness and stay safe by learning self defence while having fun. Our classes are for beginners to ensure that everyone learns the correct techniques and build up your own fitness level in your own time with no pressure.

On this page I will post updates on classes, and short videos from the techniques learnt in class. please feel free to ask questions and make suggestions on classes that you would like.
