Commit To You - Coaching with Ross Morgan 12 years of coaching experience helping hundreds of ladies to lose weight whilst gaining strength, energy and confidence đŸ’Ș

07/05/2026

I'm looking add a coach/personal trainer to help with delivering my small group personal training sessions.

My Commit To You programme has been delivering exceptional coaching, amazing results and creating a fun and friendly environment for the women of St. Neots to come to for over 8 years now and I’m looking for a passionate personal trainer to add to the team who can come in and deliver sessions of an exceptional standard whilst also creating a fun environment where people can come and get a great session whilst being sociable and having a laugh.

The coach must be level 3 personal trainer qualified, have some experience delivering personal training sessions, ambitious to learn, outgoing, reliable and fun.

You will be trained by me and I will pass on all that I've learned from investing tens of thousands of pounds in learning from the best in the industry over the last 13 years.

Your ability as a coach will dramatically increase and this will be an invaluable opportunity for someone who is passionate about coaching to high standards and learning a lot.

You will need to be a quick learner and able to take constructive criticism as you will not take any sessions until you are up to speed and able to deliver sessions at the standards that have come to be expected.

I'm looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and with a good personality.

I'm happy to take on someone who is inexperienced but enthusiastic and passionate because I expect to have to do a lot of training with even an experienced coach to get them up to the levels expected to a part of the team and delivering sessions.

If you're interested message me and tell me why you'd be a good candidate and why you're interested, I'll also be happy to talk about hours and pay too.

Initially I’ll be looking for someone with availability to coach 2 days a week covering sessions at 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 6pm and 7pm starting from the week commencing July 20th.

Your training would need to start before then, the sooner the better.

I’m flexible with what days these hours can be done on.

Please share or tag those who you think may be interested in this opportunity.

Message me if you’re interested, thanks 😊.

Apparently today marks my 12th year on Facebook, which means over 12 years now of full time personal training.

Thanks to all those who have supported the page and to clients past and present, appreciate it 😊.

“There is one man in the world that is interested in and wants to learn about menopause!”

That’s what one of my clients said to me when I asked them what they wish others knew about this programme.

And that small group training programme for women is almost sold out and it starts next week!

I’m a local personal trainer who started out training anyone and everyone over 12 years ago.

I got my best results with women, and as a result got more and more clients alike.

Education and just being good at what I do meant I went to seminars and completed a course on the topic of Menopause.

The reason that my small group female only personal training programme Commit To You is legitimately one of the best options locally is that you just aren’t going to find another small group personal training option that has as much knowledge in helping women look, move and feel better combined with so many results and testimonials to back up that it works!

I’ve educated myself on the topic of Menopause so I know how to support you and help you get the results you want if you’re at that stage in life.

Because it’s not just the exercise sessions you get on Commit To You (though they are genuinely exceptional) you also get:

Access to my private Facebook group where I teach you everything you need to know to get the results you want and provide you with guides on foods to help nourish you, your muscles and your bones so that when you get results that have you looking your best, you feel it too!

You’ll get recipes, sample meal plans, food lists as well as exclusive daily content covering nutrition, lifestyle, motivation and mindset so that you have all the tools to succeed.

More than that though?

You can message me at any point during the programme for help along the way.

Feeling unsure about something? Have a question? Feeling stuck in a rut and unmotivated? Results stalled?

I’m available throughout to support and help you to answer questions, listen to your problems and provide personal solutions.

I’m really proud that by providing this service in a small group personal training environment I can offer people a service that gets better results than most personal trainers get when they work one on one with someone and at a fraction of the cost whilst providing a social and fun environment.

My next course starts the week and the only group left with space is the 9.30am Monday, Wednesday, Friday group.

Want to look, move and feel better?

There’s literally just 3 spots left.

One in the 2 sessions a week 6am group on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Send me a message and I’ll send you the details.

Do you know what majoring in the minor is?

It’s why lots of those who want to lose weight and tone up, feels less sluggish and more energetic and more confident come summer aren’t going to achieve what they want.

Majoring in the minors is when you focus so much on things that make little to no difference at the expense of doing the things that make the most impact on actually achieving your goals.

One of the parts of my mini nutrition course that guides my clients on exactly what they need to do is

Putting their goals in order of importance.

If you do something that achieves the goal that’s second or third most important to you but it comes at the expense of your first goal then..

Well, that’s rather silly in my humble and also correct opinion đŸ€Ș.

I coach the basics because f**k me you wouldn’t believe how many have come to me saying they’ve “tried everything!” And they’ve literally not even tried what I would consider the basics.

You’re not better than the basics.

You want something special, something fancy.

The truth is though that you’re majoring in the minors and it’s coming at the expense of doing the things that have the biggest impact on you actually achieving the results you want.

You’re a normal(ish) person most likely, busy and probably can’t or don’t want to take on loads and loads of things to do.

I appreciate that and it’s why I get my results with clients by majoring in a few majors and honestly not really caring too much about the minors.

Those who embrace it are left slimmer, more toned, fitter, stronger, with more energy and more confidence.

And importantly they can’t believe how simple it was having overcomplicated the process for years before.

Wasted years, wasted time, wasted effort.

What’s it going to be this year for you?

More of that?

Or are you going to “commit to you” learn the basics and actually achieve what you want.

Basics don’t sound sexy.

You want a shiny, special thing.

I get it.

But do you know what is sexy?

Getting the results you want and it actually being way simpler than you ever thought.

Getting results in a way where you learn things that can help you keep the results for the long term and not just the short term.

Because the basics to me

Nourish your body, your muscles and your bones!

They make you healthier, fitter, stronger.

And the basics are simple.

But simple is not to be conflated with easy.

When your accept the simplicity of the approach

You’re left exposed.

There’s no more making excuses that it’s because the plan is too complex.

You’ll be encouraged to self reflect.

You’ll be supported in coming up with personal solutions for your problems.

Which leads to growth.

Stop majoring in the minor, focus on nailing the basics and reflecting on where it’s going wrong when you inevitably go off track (if you’re a normal person it’s normal that you will).

Do you want the accountability to keep you on track and the support of my expertise to simplify the process and support you along the way?

Message me or comment the word “details”.

I have spaces in my 3 sessions a week 9.30am small group personal training group on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and spaces available for online personal training if that time slot doesn’t suit you.

This I guess is a brag but also a reminder that all the results and testimonials I share are from training people in groups.

One of the reasons I love what I do is I get to be really time efficient and build a better lifestyle for myself to be completely honest 😂.

But I also genuinely do love and am incredibly proud that...

The Commit To You programme provides results that are frankly better than most around this area are getting from one on one personal training and the girls who take part get to make a load of new friends and be sociable along the way whilst paying a fraction of the cost compared with one on one personal training.

It’s a genuine speciality and skill set that I have developed to train people in groups, make it personal, effective, sociable and fun whilst also educating people on how to take a personal approach with nutrition that’s, again, effective but also realistic to fit in and around life and also realistic with how much change you are ready and willing to do all whilst offering personal support along the way should you wish to use it.

This skill set is a culmination of more than 12 years working hard and investing a lot into my skills by attending workshops, seminars, conferences, online mentorships, courses to learn from the best in the industry as well as actually working in employed positions in some of the best facilities in the UK within a small group training model, which is such an underrated way at improving as a coach, because there’s so much you don’t see that those who you work for and with will and can then advise you on to improve.

Commit To You is a culmination of all of this and something that tbh I’m really proud of 😊.

Shout out to all those currently partake or have partaken to make all of this possible.

I might be the coach but you make the community đŸ€˜.

P.s. I have space available in the 3 sessions a week 9.30am group that trains on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays if you’re interested in joining 😊.

I asked my female clients what they wish other women knew that they’d learnt from my coaching and that is what one of them said.

If a lady wants to bulk up, I think that’s cool.

If a lady would rather be slender and toned, also cool.

The important thing is the individual’s preference.

I say all of that because I’ve seen a lot of content recently telling women they should reject becoming “smaller” and shouldn’t be afraid to “take up space”.

And I get it.

It’s a call to break a perceived societal norm that women should be a certain way.

A way that’s becoming more prevalent as an idea recently due to new medications.

And so I see how one could perceive pressure to conform to a certain way as someone who enjoys being somewhat contrarian

I wholeheartedly support that part of the message.

Here’s where I disagree though.

Telling someone they should reject becoming one thing and instead become another is still telling someone what they should be.

Anyone else seeing the irony? 👀

In my experience when someone doesn’t want to get bulky and has genuine concerns that lifting heavy weights and eating more protein will achieve just that comes into a group full of strong, impressive women who’ve been nourishing themselves with more protein and they see that none of them have become bulky

It’s empowering!

They let go of their concerns, they train hard, they nourish their body with more protein and they get strong đŸ’Ș.

So if you want to become stronger but don’t want to bulk, cool, that’s what so may of my clients have already done!

And I hope they still feel able to “take up space” with their presence, their opinions and all that other good stuff without having to bulk in order to do so.

And what if you want to bulk up?

Also cool, though I admittedly don’t have the results in that department so you may want another coach 😂.

I always take a client centric approach which is to say I don’t force my ideas of what you should want to be and become onto you but instead listen to what you want.

I genuinely think “who am I as a man to tell a woman what she should look like”.

But equally who is anyone to do that!?

And you might be thinking what do I know about the pressures to conform to a certain body image

Do you know how many people upon learning I am a personal trainer have looked me up and down and said “oh, do you do mostly cardio?”.

Insinuation being that I am not particularly muscular đŸ˜‚đŸ« .

Point being, it’s not the same, but I understand an external pressure to be a certain way.

I’d choose a Brad Pitt in Fight Club body over whoever the popular bodybuilders are now.

This is unlike most male personal trainers and despite there being an industry pressure to be bigger and more muscular.

I genuinely don’t care and that’s what I want for you too.

Wanna be more slender and toned? Cool.

Wanna be more bulky and big? Also cool.

Pressure to be a certain way? Not cool, reject that and go for what YOU want.

Oh and by the way I lift weights far more often than I do cardio đŸ˜€đŸ’Ș😂.

Please let me know your thoughts in the comments, I’d love to hear your opinion.

For a lot of women knowing that you don’t have to bulk up to get stronger empowers them to train hard with weights, nourish their body with protein and, thus, become more physically capable.

Which personally I think is great as I love seeing how much stronger, fitter and physically capable my clients become 😊đŸ’Ș.

Here’s an insight into how I’d coach the TRX pistol squat within a small group personal training session where you’ve got a mixture of fitness levels and injuries.

My small group personal training sessions are for real women of all different abilities, all exercises are adaptable or even changeable.
