Happy to say that I will be sharing a Relax & Restore Hatha Yoga session for the lovely swimmers next weekend at the Norfolk Salt Marsh Adventure with Classic Sailing with The Cambridge Swimming Company. Looking forward to sharing my practice with you. Bring a mat/towel for the session 🏊🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

Finally our fabulous blended day at Sandstone Yoga & Pilates (Sutton Coldfield) on the YTT course that we graduated from back in March (postponed due to COVID). Love these ladies, such a great group, so happy to have finally met you all in person! 💚
