We’re so excited to introduce our brand new Full body Weights Class, as requested by our fabulous members, starting Wednesday 1st April. 💪
A laid-back, supportive session designed to help women build strength, confidence and muscle mass.
Strength training is one of the most powerful things you can do for your body, supporting hormone health, bone density and long-term wellbeing… and this class is the perfect place to start but also the perfect addition to your Pilates programme.
This class will be replacing our Thursday night B***y class, and we’re also adding a new 7pm Reformer class on Wednesdays to the timetable ✨
