We did it… 100,000 steps completed ✅👣

A massive thank you to everyone for all the support, messages, encouragement, and check-ins throughout the day. It honestly helped more than you know 💚

Huge well done to everybody who took part and pushed through. This challenge was NOT easy 😅
Achy joints, sore muscles, cramps, blisters, limping, and the scorching 30 degree heat definitely tested us mentally and physically.

There were moments where the step count felt like it wasn’t moving at all 😂 but we all set out with one goal in mind… complete 100,000 steps in a day and we did exactly that

Sometimes it’s good to do hard things and remind yourself what you’re capable of.

Now time to recover properly 😂

And yes… knowing us… next year we’ll probably do it again wearing 20kg weighted vests 😭😂

NEW BODY RECOMP MORNING SESSIONS ADDED
Due to demand, we are officially adding NEW Geefit Body Recomp sessions:

📅 Tuesdays and Thursdays — 6:30AM. Starting June 1st

This is perfect for anyone who:
✅ Wants to train before work
✅ Struggles to make evening sessions
✅ Wants more structure & accountability
✅ Wants to build strength, lose body fat & improve fitness
✅ Wants coached sessions instead of random workouts

We are doing it again 😢😢😢
3 years ago, Mirela and I decided to complete 100,000 steps in one day 👣

We originally thought it would take 8 hours… then 10… then 12 😅
We kept moving the goalposts as the reality started kicking in 😂

In the end, it took us 14 hours and 58 minutes of non-stop walking, covering a total distance of 84km 😮‍💨

Safe to say… our feet were destroyed afterwards 😂
Our hamstrings, calves, and quads got so tight we could barely walk properly the last 10k steps.

At 50k steps we were thinking, “We’re only halfway…” and that’s when the reality of it really kicked in 😅

The hardest part by far was the final 10,000 steps. It honestly felt like the step count wasn’t moving at all.

But sometimes it’s good to do hard things again and remind yourself what you’re capable of 💚

Well… this year we’ve decided to do it again.

This Sunday, May 24th, we’ll be attempting another 100,000 steps and looking to just complete it as there’s more of us doing it this time.

Can we still do it? 👀

Monday night Geefit body Recomp group. Another smashing work all round from each of you guys tonight. Love the progress everyone is making on the program week by week. Getting fitter
Getting stronger
Building self confidence
Dropping weight and losing body fat
Building lean muscles and toning up
The list goes on

I’m loving the process guys let’s keep it going as we are.

Half way through this block of our Teen Strength & Conditioning program and the progress has been amazing to see. 💪

Over the last few months these teens have developed so much:
✅ Strength
✅ Technique
✅ Balance & coordination
✅ Overall fitness
✅ Discipline
✅ Confidence in themselves both inside and outside the gym

When they first started, we focused on the basics:
Learning how to squat properly, hinge correctly, lunge, move well, and control their own bodyweight.

Now they are confidently deadlifting, back squatting, jumping, and lifting with much better technique and control. That progression doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from consistency, effort, coaching, and believing in themselves.

Really proud of every one of them that has stuck with the program so far. 👏💚

There’s still so much more to come for these guys and this is only the beginning.
