Our sessions run today -

19:00 to 19:45 Juniors age 7 to 11

19:45 to 21:00 Seniors age 12+.

Sessions are open to all levels and abilities. Come on down if you want to learn boxing and keep fit!

Hey all. We will be closed this Monday bank holiday. Please also note that our Thursday sessions have now been moved to Fridays 7pm to 8pm instead.

We are now running kids classes for ages 7 to 11 every Monday from 19:00 to 19:45, only £6 a session! For any questions, please email us at [email protected].

We are also pleased to announce that our partner Phoenix Community Projects, (in association with Eastleigh Boxing Club) will be running family boxing fitness classes starting 28th June and running for 10 weeks! Only £30 per family for the full course! Please see the below image for further details.
Age limit is 6+. One parent must be present for every two children.

A reminder that the senior sessions for ages 12+ now start at 19:45 on Mondays. You are to wait outside until the kids session ends and the doors open.

For the kids session, this starts at 19:00 and runs to 19:45 - this is strictly for ages 7 to 11. Parents are to sign them in and can collect them once the session finishes. Parents are not allowed to sit in on sessions.

Please note that after half-term, the timetable will be updated as below.
And we are adding two more weekly sessions!

As from Monday 1st June, weekly sessions are:

Monday 7.00pm to 7.45pm Kids from age 7 to 11 years
Monday 7.45pm to 9.00pm Everyone from age 12+
Thursday 7.00pm to 8.00pm Everyone from age 12+

Sessions are £6 to be prepaid online, or by card reader on arrival.

All equipment is provided, and beginners welcome.

**Parents who are not participating with their kids, are unable to sit in on sessions.
Please drop your kids off, and return at the end of each session to pick up.
