The Fountain Café

The Fountain Café The Fountain Café was established in 2006, and was operated from Wyvern College on Wednesday mornings up until March 2020.

A not-for-profit CIC whose purpose is to Build Community Together by being a welcoming space, offering affordable food & drink, providing work & experience to those with ALN, facilitating opportunities to volunteer and developing community partnerships. We have now become a Community Interest Company (CIC) in order to set up a not-for-profit Community Café. In partnership with Fair Oak Parish Council, we will have a new home at New Century Park, Shorts Road… we hope this will happen in 2023. Our guiding aims will be to provide quality affordable food and drink in a safe and friendly space. To provide work experience, employment and training for those with additional learning needs and to provide volunteering opportunities for the community. As the project develops, we hope to facilitate other community initiatives such as a Repair Shop, Men's Sheds, Arts & Craft Workshops plus others.
