Umpire development workshops across August/ September for anyone interested in giving umpiring a go or building their confidence with the whistle.

The sessions will cover:
• Key rules and practical application
• Positioning and movement
• Managing players and games
• Building confidence as an umpire

There will be multiple evening and weekend sessions available, but you only need to attend one, as the core content will be the same at each workshop.

If umpiring is something you’ve been thinking about, or you’d simply like to understand the game from a different perspective, we encourage you to get involved.

✨ UK Lions Tournament 2026 ✨

13 of our young Trojans took part in the UK Lions tournament last weekend, representing South Saxons and Team Solent.

South Saxons and Saxons finished 1st and 3rd in the championship, and Team Solent finished 5th in the trophy.

A huge shout out to Jess R, Rosie V, Scarlett LE, Jemima C and Caroline G who have been selected to represent UK Lions. This is an incredible achievement, putting them amongst some of the best U13 players in the whole of the UK.

We are all incredibly proud of all the girls and what they have achieved across the weekend.

The future is bright - all these girls keep smashing it 👊🏻🥇🏑

🏑 Hockey Performance Camps 🏑

Want to take your hockey to the next level? Well, why not join us this summer at Trojans for our Hockey Performance Camps!

Running on Monday 3rd, Monday 10th and Monday 17th August from 9am-4pm, lead by Dave Miles, and cost £50 per player per session.

These camps are aimed at the U14/U16 age groups (for the coming season) who have previously been nominated for County Development Centre or above. Open to all players from all clubs.
