Full Body Blitz

Equipment: Towel, K-bell, dumbbells

Complete each exercise for 1 minute x 3 rounds.

1. Half Push-Ups (on knees)
2. Chest Press Core Tension (Hold legs at 90)
3. Walk outs with full body extensions at the top
4. Combat Attack (Jab, cross, Hook, uppercut)
5. Spring Crawlers (Bear walk out and in, then add a jump)
6. Kettle bell swings
7. Lat Pull (towel goes through the kettle bell and row)
8. Dumbbell Curl Press

Optional Finisher: Complete 10 Burpees every minute on the minute for 5 minutes.

Method: Eight exercises.

Lower and cardio
Core and cardio
Upper and cardio

Round 1: Interval timer set for 14 rounds of 20 work, 10 rest and alternating between the lower and cardio exercise for 20-seconds each (7-minutes)

Round 2: Interval timer set for 14 rounds of 20 work, 10 rest and alternating between the core and cardio exercise for 20-seconds each (7-minutes)

Round 3: Interval timer set for 14 rounds of 20 work, 10 rest and alternating between the upper and cardio exercise for 20-seconds each (7-minutes)

Round 4: Interval timer set for 14 rounds of 20 work, 10 rest and alternating between the cardio and cardio exercise for 20-seconds each (7-minutes)
Note: Rest for 30 seconds between rounds.

Exercises:

DB Deadlifts and jumping jacks.
Sit-ups and Jog on the spot.
Push-ups and Pistons.
Speed Freaks and Jog with rolling punches.

HIIT Fantastic

Method: Six Tabata exercises (alternating between lower and upper body) and three core exercises

1. Goblet Squat
2. Shoulder press
3. Squat with lateral leg raise
4.Overhead triceps extension
5.Squat Jump
6. Lateral arm raise

1. Sit ups
2. Crunches
3. Police twist

Round 1: Complete the first Tabata exercise for 4 minutes at a ratio of 20 seconds work, 10 rest.

When finished, complete the three core exercises for 10 seconds each straight through.
Complete six rounds. After each round, switch to the next Tabata exercise and add an extra 10 seconds to each core exercise.

Round 2: Choose your favourite lower, core and upper body exercise. Complete your chosen three exercises for 4 minutes each at the interval 20 work, 10 rest. That’s 8 rounds of 20/10 per exercise. Complete the drill straight through by setting your interval timer for 24- rounds of 20/10
