Full Body Blitz
Equipment: Towel, K-bell, dumbbells

Complete each exercise for 1 minute x 3 rounds.

1. Half Push-Ups (on knees)
2. Chest Press Core Tension (Hold legs at 90)
3. Walk outs with full body extensions at the top
4. Combat Attack (Jab, cross, Hook, uppercut)
5. Spring Crawlers (Bear walk out and in, then add a jump)
6. Kettle bell swings
7. Lat Pull (towel goes through the kettle bell and row)
8. Dumbbell Curl Press

Optional Finisher: Complete 10 Burpees every minute on the minute for 5 minutes.
