If you only read one book this year to enhance your workouts read “Breath” by James Nestor . It is an astonishing read… linking breath work with general wellbeing and I use the practice in so many of my videos, ie box breath with Bridge, or 4 7 8 with Stretch & Relax and even nasal breath to improve flow. It’s a real game changer… and breath. xx
