Wonderful day in the sunshine spent with these Walking Women beauty’s! A 16k challenge spent in the glorious sunshine on the Isle of Wight following the stunning Medina River. Outstretching views, waterfront paths, pub stops, mudslides 😆, ferry crossings and so much more. A wonderful day of love and laughter. No challenge should be anything but this! Well done to you all 🎉🥰🥾🥾🥂❤️###

So wonderful to be walking again yesterday with all you fabulous ladies! The weather was kind, the sun came out at the end for our cheeky pub stop, and the only really wet bit was on the road! Hope your all having a fab rest of the weekend, see you soon 🥰🥾🥾 ###

Hello lovely Ladies! Apologies for the delay in walking events, the last 4 months have been a challenge to say the least with two moves, a wedding and a funeral 😩. But... It's time to dust off and get back into the seat with great company, fresh air and some adventures! A new walk has posted this evening which is an old favorite and pretty mud free, I look forward to a good stomp with you all come rain or shine 😀, see you all very soon 🥾🥾 x

Hello Ladies! It's that time again to set ourselves a challenge we can all do together. To be a little gentler on you this year, and make the challenge more accessible to all, this years Ultra Challenge is to do the Isle of Wight Cowes circular route (10miles/16kilometers) following the beautiful Medina estuary. It's a shorter route than last year (less hills!) and as it starts and finishes in Cowes will make it easier to hop on the ferry as a foot passenger there and back on the same day 🙂(hotel options will be provided if you decide to stay overnight). A WhatsApp group will be created for all participants with useful info and arrangements before and on the day. Please follow the link below to join, you can choose several options to either self fund or raise money for your favourite charity (for a 10% discount use code PP10%24), To join the group on sign up use Group Name-Walking Women, Password-walkingwomen2024. Once you've joined, please drop me a private message via the Walking Women page saying "IOW 2024" and your mobile number so I can add you to the WhatsApp group. I look forward to sharing this challenge with you all 😊.

Well the first half of todays walk was more forgiving than the second! Half way stop at St Nicholas Church (clearly not all of you repented your sins enough!) as the second half was a theatre of mud and flood 😂! Still… us ladies have more metal than we give ourselves credit for, and where there’s a will there’s a way! Well done to all and hope you are all now home, dry and mud free 🥰.

Hello lovely Ladies! I hope all your starts to the New Year are going well. I have seen many posts from you all taking advantage of the crisp dry weather with some beautiful walks 🙂. As many of you are aware, this group is solely organised by myself and I got married on the 5th of January and am also embarking on a big house move! Apologies for the lack of events but, I am missing you all and am planning a walk for the 27th of Jan which I will post tomorrow. I'm currently in Oxfordshire so will post some of the walks I've been doing to keep the mind and body fresh and positive 🥰. Keep those legs moving and enjoy the beauty of these winter walks in glorious sunshine and frozen mud!! Hope to see you all at the end of the month xx

Happy New Year Ladies! May your 2024 paths be beautiful and the walk an adventure ❤️🥂🎉

Well what a wonderful way to spend in between Christmas and New Year with all these amazing Ladies! The weather was more than kind to us and it certainly was windy enough to blow the cobwebs away! Followed by a fabulous festive meal thanks to the fantastic hosts at The Jolly Sailor, Old Bursledon 🥰. Thank you to all for your company, lovely gifts and making this group so special, you are all a total inspiration to me 🥰❤️🥂🎄🎉

Hi Ladies! For those attending todays Christmas walk and lunch, the walk will still be going ahead despite the weather, if you really don’t want to brave the elements then I totally understand but please just meet the group at 12pm at the restaurant instead. Otherwise I will see all you hardcore ladies at 10am at the Jolly Sailor 🥰 ###
