Fun, effective and affordable. At Class fitness we will help you find an exercise class that you'll want to keep coming back to time and time again. Putting the 'Fun' into Fitness you'll never feel like your workouts are a chore, although don't be fooled.... they'll still be delivering amazing results! Specialising in classes for females, we do dance fitness in the form of Fitsteps® (ballroom and
latin inspired), Pilates to suit a variety of levels and conditions, High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) ,Aerobics, Circuit Training, Strength and Resistance training, Running and Walking Groups, Barre Pilates and more. As a member of any of our classes you are automatically invited to be part of the Class Fitness Club, where we encourage everyone to support each others goals, whether they are for weight loss, increasing/maintaining fitness or for the social aspect of classes. You are also invited to join our closed Facebook groups where we supplement sessions with education and support on nutrition and women's health and provide mini tutorials on technique. And with our classes it's not all work, work, work....we love to play together too with plenty of social events organised throughout the year and wherever possible getting a team together to support local charitable events when we can. If you need that friendly touch, where your instructor knows your name and the groups are really supportive of one another than you've come to the right place.
