Happy due date to this lil one. Grayson you have been on the outside for just over 2 weeks now and you have just fitted in to our lives like you have always been here. Your big brother loves and adores you already, it's so lovely to see. Kate Fitzgibbons thank you to you and the maternity team at Arrowe Park that helped bring Grayson in to the world safely. What a night we had last night. Around 11pm, we went to Arrowe Park maternity triage. I was getting bad tightness across my belly and lower abdomin, aching in my back and cramps, also Smudges movements had changed. After being on the machine for like an hr, the doctor said the baby was fine with their movements, etc, and their heart rate was good. The doctor said what was concerning her was my heart rate. It was fluctuating from 90-150/160 whilst I was just lying there. The doctor said she wanted me to go over to A&E to get my heart checked. They wanted to rule out tachyarrhythmia. I had a trace of my heart done, and the doctor checked it with another doctor and said it was borderline tachy, so they took bloods. We waited 7.5 to 8 hours for the results. They have said I need to basically look out for signs of a clot. I'm still having the heart episodes and the belly tightness, which could be braxton hicks, but im doing ok. Those seats aren't comfy at the best of times, but especially when you're 8 months pregnant x

So far, this pregnancy has really tested me, and the last 2 months have been difficult. I've not felt myself, and it seemed to be one thing after another. I am hopefully on the road to recovery now. Still a few more tests to go, but slowly starting to feel like me again and who knows I might get to enjoy the 2nd half of my pregnancy. Resting in my mum's back garden, watching Hunter in the paddling pool, certainly makes me smile. He really does light up my life and world. I love him and his soon to be little brother or sister so much and I am so blessed xx

Yesterday was very up and down with emotions. We had the devastating loss of Chance in the morning, in which we are still in shock with. However in the afternoon we got to see our lil baba smudge at our 12 week dating scan. It was amazing seeing him/her moving about, happy and all being how it should. You are so loved already Smudge ❤️💛🩷💚🧡💜🩵

And that's a wrap. Thank you all for turning up tonight, we definitely went out with a bang. I LOVED IT!! Thank you all for my gifts, it was such a lovely surprise, but why have we not had Prosecco at the end of every class 🤣🙈🍾. What an incredible 11.5 years it has been. I have met some amazing people through teaching Zumba and I hope to see you all at some events in the future. I'm still here, just not teaching classes anymore. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my classes it has meant so much to me. I won't say bye, but see you soon. Much Zumba love ###
