4 YEARS! 🎉

I just realised it’s been 4 years of All Together Awesome and I’m beyond grateful - for this awesome lot who sweated it out with me in class this morning, to the rest of the crew not in the pic today, to all my fabulous 1:1 clients who train with me at the gym and from their homes…

CLASS SCHEDULE

My classes focus on getting you moving well and lifting heavier, safely. Perfecting great form so that you can really feel the benefit of your efforts - it’s hard work but with real reward.

The training is progressive, challenging and accessible for your fitness level with modifications or progressions provided.

Group classes are a great way to start or continue your training - if you want to feel supported and encouraged as part of a team then this is for you!

You can join me at varied times across the week to suit your other commitments…

🔸If evenings after work are the perfect time for you then join me Wednesdays 5.15pm or 6.30pm in Chichester at our private gym space

🔸 If weekend training is your thing then I’ll see you Saturdays 8am (chichester not eastergate)
