We welcome anyone who wants to join in all you have to do is turn up ... if your late feel free to catch us up :0) .... we will have different levels - Advanced Running - Walkers & Runners - Gentle Joggers and speed walkers .... we don't want to leave anyone out! We dare you to challenge yourself! :0)
