🏡 Sports fun for all ages 🏸

Did you know we offer sports sessions for those in care homes or residential settings?

We strive to make sports accessible and adaptable to all that's why we can offer sessions for those in care homes or residential settings so everyone has a chance of enjoying and have access to sport.

Each session can feature a variety of seated sports like Boccia, Finish Skittles, Bowling & Co****le. All of these sports can be adapted to assist those who may struggle with arm movements.

We can also offer sports like French Cricket, Boxing, Hockey and Netball which are all seated and accessible to all.

We have weekly sessions at Mortain Place Care Home & Avery Eastbourne Garden Care Home as well as many others on a less regular basis.

The cost of the session is just £47.75* per hour (*extra if outside Eastbourne)

🎃 Spooky Season HAF ⚽️

Our summer HAF may have finished but we're excited to say that it's retuning for October Half Term!

Running for one week between October 26th - October 30th, our ever poplar holiday club sessions run for 4 hours and includes a variety of sports, games, sensory bus play and free-time in our community zone.

With it also being Halloween as well, they'll be lots of decorations and halloween related games as well!

You'll have to stay put for the minute as we're not quite ready to open up bookings, so make sure you keep an eye on our socials for when they go live!

We run 1-2-1 sessions where you can have private coaching on any sport of your choice.

Fully accessible and adaptable, these sessions are perfect for anyone looking to get some extra skill or even those who just want to have a play.

💷 Cost: £28.25 per hour
📍 Location: Anywhere you choose (Note: If further than 5 miles from our Inclusion Hub, it will cost an addition £0.45 per mile and £23.50 per hour of travel)

⚽️ Summer HAF, Over & Out 👋

We can't believe that it's the end of our 2026 Summer HAF Holiday Club. 🥲

Over the last 4 weeks we've had so much fun with lots of different sports, many times spent on our Sensory Bus & Gaming Area. As well as many bottles of squash to keep all our players hydrated during days of hot weather.

But now it's time for our coaches to have a well earned rest after they've all worked their socks off over the summer!

Thank you to everyone who joined us this summer and we can't wait to see you all at our next HAF soon! 👀

❌ Women's Football Postponed ⚽️

Our Women's Football Session on Thursday's has been sadly postponed due to our coach sustaining an injury.

🧽 Coach Ben Vs Wet Sponge Ball Attack 💦

As loser of the Team Defiant FPL League, Coach Ben had to get hit with wet sponge balls at Tuesdays HAF session!

Our players on the day had a lot of fun throwing the wet sponge balls at Ben, and he even got the buckets of water thrown over him at the end!
