Kicks Eastbourne wishes Jalal all the best on his return to Kurdistan. It has been a pleasure training with you. Jalal first turned up to a 1-1 session a couple of years ago and I can honestly say his round kick felt like it nearly went through the Thai pad. Despite an ongoing serious leg injury he has continued to train in the best way he can. We hope to see you again one day 🥊💥

We are pleased to let you know that from next week (commencing Tuesday 14th October) all KICKS Eastbourne classes will take place at:
NXT Generation Boxing and Fitness, 101a Bourne Street BN21 3SE. This is a great step forward for the club as we have been looking for somewhere more suitable since closing our gym in 2024. NXT Generation Boxing and Fitness is now run by Oli Thompson, who is a pro MMA fighter, ex British Strongest Man and has previously competed in the UFC, amongst many other achievements within combat sports. Oli is also linked with Brighton KICKS, and it is great for us now to also be working with him. Our class times have shifted slightly to fit with the existing timetable at NXT Generation. Thanks to all our students new and old who have supported us. Get in touch if you would like to come down for a free trial session.
