We offer group coaching with like minded individuals in a fun supportive setting. ☀️🔥 SUMMER SOCIAL 2026...WHAT A DAY! 🔥☀️

14 TrainRX members made the journey up to Richmond on Saturday to take on a local competition together.

But what happened was about so much more than workouts, scores, or positions on a leaderboard.

It was about:
🤝 Teamwork
💙 Friendships
😂 Plenty of laughs
💪 Supporting each other through every challenge
☀️ Spending a fantastic day together outside of the gym

One of the things we're most proud of at TrainRX is that people don't just train together.
They become part of a community 🧡

How many gyms can say that members choose to spend an entire Saturday together, cheering each other on, celebrating wins, and making memories?

The competition floor was buzzing, the sun was shining, and every single person represented what TrainRX is all about:
🔹️Effort,
🔹️Encouragement,
and enjoying the journey together.
Of course, there were incredible performances throughout the day.

Watching people push themselves, discover what they're capable of, and achieve things they never thought possible is always special.

But the real victory was seeing 14 people come together as one team.

Bloke came to us and has put in 100% every session.

Came to us a little bit meh with her training. Had tried other gyms but in a funk and couldn't make anything stick
So far she's been very consistent

▪️People are SO nice
▪️Lifted heavier in past 6 weeks compared to past 4 years 💪

Both been awesome, now to continue the training 🙌
