Want to try something new, feel more confident and enjoy an empowering dance class with the most supportive group of women? Come and join us at BodiBlossom! 💜

We learn a completely different heels routine every week, so you can join us at any time without feeling behind. Complete beginners are absolutely welcome—no previous dance experience needed!

And despite the name, you don’t actually have to wear heels. Dance in heels, trainers, socks or whatever makes you feel comfortable. 👠

Our classes are about so much more than learning choreography. They’re a space to have fun, express yourself, build confidence and become part of a genuinely supportive and empowering community.

And what an incredible time we had! Thank you so much for everyone who came and supported us, we had the best time, the ladies were absolutely incredible at performing!

We will be back on stage on Saturday 28th November at the hippodrome in Eastbourne and we can’t wait 💃
