Juniors - 5-9 Yrs – Thursdays – 17:45 to 18.30. Class for Novices. £4 per session.
8-12 Yrs – Tuesdays – 17.45 to 18.30. Class for developing boxers. £4 per session. Youths - 10-15 Yr Olds: Mon & Thurs 18:30-19:30pm (all welcome). Seniors – 16 years+: Mon, Tues & Thurs 19:3

0-21:00pm
Women Only Class EBC women: Tuesday 18.30-19.30pm
£4 per class

Our new timetable starting from Monday 7th September. We’ve identified that we want more opportunities for boxers to spar and compete so we have added in 2 sparring sessions from 7-8.30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for All ages who are medicalled and on the England Boxing Locker. We have started these sessions earlier so younger members can attend. So ages 10+ now have 4 sessions they can attend a week if registered.
