The sunshine is here, so make the most of it! 🌸

Get outside, soak up some Vitamin D, have a laugh with friends, enjoy a walk, dance around the kitchen, or simply take five minutes to sit in the sunshine and breathe.

With temperatures set to stay high, we’re going to slow things down and look after ourselves with a lovely Stretch & Relaxation session this Wednesday. 💕

We’ll still be moving, stretching and enjoying our time together, just at a gentler pace to suit the heat.
