Yoga Alliance trainee insurance, including one year’s free insurance with Yoga Alliance upon graduation. Most importantly – provide you with the confidence to take your first class and those beyond. I’m Lucy, and yoga has been my compass through everything, the busy seasons, the pivots, the growth. Now one of the things I love most is helping others find their own path to teaching it. Yoga has never been about restriction. It’s about awareness, presence, and savoring life fully. The ancient philosophy of Enofilia held that wine, enjoyed mindfully, is a gift — something that brings people together and nourishes the spirit.
This holiday isn’t a detox retreat with strict rules. It’s a joyful experience. Morning yoga to energise, evening yoga to unwind, and in between — vineyard tours, wine tasting, and incredible Portuguese food. Mindful living doesn’t mean saying no to pleasure. It means being fully present for it.

I'm thinking out loud here and would love to hear from you… 💭
I've been considering running a small group yoga teacher training later in 2026 and into 2027. And I mean small — an intimate group of people who want a more personal experience than a large course, but would enjoy learning alongside a few like-minded others.
If you've been sitting with the idea of becoming a yoga teacher — maybe for a while now — I'd love to know if this kind of thing would interest you.
