Eastbourne Dance Space Eastbourne Dance Space is a community dance studio with classes for adults of all ages and abilities

Founded in 2015 by Claire Tabraham, Eastbourne Dance Space is an award-winning not-for-profit organisation that provides access to dance classes for adults of all ages, experience and confidence. We offer classes in classical ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and Dance for Parkinson’s. Eastbourne Dance Space is the sister studio to Woking Dance Space (www.wokingdancespace.org.uk) - unique in that classes are offered for all age ranges and experience levels - from young adults to senior citizens and from complete beginner through to advanced dancers. In addition to classes, we also hold special events and performances, arrange master-classes and visits to see shows locally and further afield, and provide a place for dance enthusiasts to meet and explore what is both a creative and beneficial interest. We have a wonderful, supportive community of dancers and all are welcome!

It's almost time for some of dancers to join the prep for pointe class! You might feel that ballet is not for you as an adult, but we are here to tell you it absolutely is! No matter what you have been told as a child or teenager, ballet is for everyone, and with a qualified and experienced teachers you can achieve your goals!

Thank you to Dancewear on the Move for fitting our dancers in their new demi pointe shoes on the next stage of their journey.

There are some chamges to the timetable so please check your class!

✨️Beginners ballet is back on! Thursday 6.15-7.15

✨️Tuesday contemporary classes are now on Monday and Thursday due to maternity leave, please book in, if you are not sure which one is right for you contact one of the Claires!

✨️Dance For Parkinsons is now on a Wed 1-2pm

✨️Prep for pointe is earlier at 7-7.30 and Inter ballet is 7.30-8.30
