Well look no further! We have 3 options for some fresh air & fitness!
Every Friday morning we have 2 classes in Gildredge Park, Eastbourne;
9.30-10.15am is a class for ladies only. It's suitable for a total beginner through to someone who is used to exercising.
It can also be adapted to include those with certain injuries as well as new mummas & mummies to be!
10.15-11am is a class suitable for my senior crew! A very sociable class where we work on strength, gentle cardio, flexibility and balance.
If you can't make a Friday, we also have SUNDAY CIRCUITS in Hailsham;
9.30-10.30 is a class where you we really work everything! Circuit Training is an amazing way to work on all elements of fitness and you get results quickly!
