Wednesday - 1.00-1.45 Lunchtime Yoga at the Yoga Life Studio, £5
Friday - 1.00 - 1.45 Restorative Yoga at the Yoga Life Studio, £5
Sunday 10.00-11.00 Family Yoga at Yoga Life Studio £5/10
Sunday 11.15-12.15 Yoga for ALL

Incredible last morning of our stay at 🌸 We witnessed the most spectacular sunrise and had our last early morning dip before packing our bags ☀️
