Eastbourne Swimming Club is the oldest and largest swimming club in Eastbourne offering swimming lessons for first time swimmers all the way through to competitive swimming squad training including Masters. We have a wonderful team of experienced, friendly teachers and coaches, delivering sessions for;

Beginners – first time swimmers
Pre – Improvers -
Improvers groups 1 – 4 – as stroke techniq

ues, stamina and times get better
Development Squad – Bridging the gap between lessons and squad training
Red Squad – squad swimming for our members, who choose not to compete, but want to stay fit
Squad – for our younger County qualifying competitive squad members
Elite Squad – for our National, Regional and County qualifying competitive squad members
Masters – for those over 18 years of age who continue to train, and in some instances compete

Zeke and Henry on the open water development camp for the National distance development pathway. Chosen from the top ranked swimmers aged 13-15 in the south east region.
