Many of you may know by now, I’m relocating which means I will be taking a break from teaching…

During this time of rest & huge change; I will be delving into self exploration, rekindling the passion for my own practice. I am forever learning, understanding, flourishing & thriving to help others on their own personal journeys. But in order to do that, I have to fill up my own cup from time to time!

I will be posting a new online schedule at the end of August; thank you all for your patience & understanding during this transition - here’s to new beginnings 🏖✌️

First retreat complete!

& I feel absolutely elated. I cannot even describe the energy that was created by everyone today - it was so powerful & transformative.

Today reminded me, that I am exactly where I need to be, following the purpose that was meant for me.

Thank you so much everyone for trusting in myself & and for all being authentically yourselves. It was pure magic!✨

& we are ready!!! Tomorrow marks mine & first ever retreat & we couldn’t be more excited to share this magical day with 10 likeminded yogis! 🧘🏼‍♀️

In tomorrow’s retreat, we will be amalgamating the Chinese traditions of Qi Gong with the Indian philosophies of yoga, to birth ‘Earth & Fire’ - a day of connecting to nature’s elements. Throughout a day of meditation, movement & breathwork - we will be shifting energy in our body to guide us to a place of purpose and connection.

Even better - under the light of the Full Moon 🌕

This life brings so many blessings.

It was so much fun connecting back to our inner child & experiencing that feeling of pure joy. Something that hasn’t come quite as often recently.

I can’t wait to get back out in the world with you & have endless days like these 🙏✈️🌍

Together, myself and Jasmine will be combining our knowledge of Yoga & Qi Gong to bring you all a magical day immersed in nature. We will be combining the aspects of Earth & Fire to bring you a grounding, yet heart opening style practice - to allow you to explore the element of nature through ancient practices.

It’s that time of the month again! 🌕

Join me for this months online Full Moon Ceremony where we will be honouring the Flower Moon which will bring all sorts of blossoming change into our lives! 🌷This Full Moon is both a Supermoon & the first eclipse of the year so it’s likely to bring some high energy with it - meaning it has the energetic power to affect many of our turning points and changes in our paths.

In the free-spirited sign of Sagitarrius, may this Full Moon bring with it adventure, expansion & a more optimistic look on the journey ahead. ♐️
