Looking for a women’s rugby team where you can play, improve and have a bloody good time doing it? 👀

Eastbourne Women’s Rugby is community-led, NC3 league rugby, making us a great fit for all abilities - whether you’re picking up a rugby ball for the first time or you’ve been playing for years.

Our coaching is designed to help you grow at your own level, with a supportive team environment where everyone gets the chance to develop.

Eastbourne Women’s Rugby took on Brighton Pride this weekend… and what a weekend it was! 🌈❤️

We had the best time celebrating love, inclusion and being unapologetically yourself.

One of the things we’re most proud of as a team is that we’re made up of people from different backgrounds, experiences and identities. We have LGBTQ+ players and allies standing side by side, supporting one another both on and off the pitch.

To us, rugby is about more than the game. It’s about creating a place where everyone feels welcomed, respected and valued for exactly who they are. Whether you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, there’s a place for you in our team.

Here’s to celebrating love, friendship and a community where everyone belongs. 🏉🏳️‍🌈💛
