Are you free on Sat 8th Aug at 5pm? Yes?! Come for a women’s only ride. We start and finish ABYSS Brewing in Lewes and they have kindly given us a beer token each for a post ride refresher.

Ride is approx 18k and should take around 2hrs at a chatty pace. And let’s be honest, they’ll be some chatting 💬

If you fancy making an evening out of it - stay over at Bear and Cedar campsite which is a short ride away. Vans or tents are good. Book through Pitchup.com

So looking forward to seeing as many of you that can make it.

What a weekend of adventure at the BPW ladies day, we had an amazing day pushing our comfort zones, learning new skills and mainly 💩’ing ourselves quite a lot 🤣

We met some very cool ladies including and got to hear a bit about her journey into riding. Thanks to all the team for looking after us. Can’t wait for the next one 🫶🏼

It was officially the first day of spring yesterday 🌞🐑🐄🐣 and luckily the South Downs got the memo! It was SO BEAUTIFUL 😍

We did a lovely little loop through Jevington and Friston Forest, over to in Litlington for a smoothie and their famous orange and date flapjack.

If you’re going to ditch work for the day, got to make it count 🤪

Last muddy ride of the year! The energy levels were low but it had to be done, Teddy needed walking and I needed air and nature time 💚

My work life balance has been way off this year and this needs to change. There’s nothing like a new year looming to help shift your perspective. I need more riding time!

Being part of this amazing ladies riding community has definitely got me through some low points of the year. Bring on the 2025 challenges, I’m ready…… I think
