🕊️GOODBYE 2022 ✌️👋

You have been pretty significant to me! I’ve never been more out my comfort zone, but it’s also made me grow so much!

❤️I started my own business and became a self employed PT after working employed at a gym for years!

❤️Started our complete home renovation 🏚️

❤️Left behind a lot of toxic energy

❤️Did less cardio than I ever have after losing weight, apart from my walks!

❤️Became the heaviest I’ve been after losing weight

❤️Became the most confident and happy within myself I’ve ever been, with the above statement!

❤️Used exercise as a tool to better my day and life, rather than using it to abuse myself for eating what I wanted!

❤️Became the strongest I’ve been yet in the gym

Hey guys! Back with another one of my beautiful clients! .whalebeings
she been with me for around 9 weeks now and LOOK at that progress!
She has gone from hip-thrusting 40kg to 90kg, built so much muscle and confidence at the same time!

We always have such deep amazing chats about how corrupt the fitness industry is and she is so on board with my way of thinking!

No strict dieting, working out because it makes you feel good and because it’s fun! And the results will just come!

You are amazing .whalebeings inside and out, I really think you have such a kind heart and a lovely soul and I adore working with you and seeing you achieve your goals!

✨Client Transformation Tuesday✨

My beautiful strong Diane, who says you can’t be super fit and sassy at 60?!

When we first started we were aiming to build back up strength and muscle in her leg after a horrific ski accident, always being a very active and sporty person she was desperate to get back to being herself after lockdown and not receiving correct care and physio!

After a few set backs and lessons learnt she is excelling each week we have built up to being able to incorporate HIIT along with hypertrophy sessions!

We have such a laugh, lots of talks of food and cooking and girl power! 👯‍♀️

And look at that difference! This is over a stone down and 10inches collectively lost since the end of May!

Since starting my own business Diane has supported me through thick and thin and I’m so greatful to have her not just as a client but as a friend!

Back on the slopes next year for you ✨☺️⛷

As time goes on, I get older, the faster life goes, the more I realise I really don’t give a flying🤬 what anyone thinks of me anymore!

Even only a few years ago I was completely self obsessed and I worried so much about others opinions on me, what I wore, what I looked like. I’ve never really fitted any kind of mould. I’ve always felt different and feel like I veiw the world differently from a lot of people. I tried so hard to fit in and hold down a lot of how I feel inside, it blocked me from doing a lot of things in the past!

One of them being my Career, I’m not stick thin, and next to that I’m not extremely muscley. I have (attempted to be) both of those in time, but it wasn’t really me… I would worry who would want a PT who doesnt necessarily look (or sometimes act) like a PT. But now I see from training many clients over the years, people want experience and relatability and to have fun and learn!

It’s not just about the way you look the majority of it is how you feel inside!

I know for a fact there is no one like me in this world! And instead of feeling ashamed let’s CELEBRATE our uniqueness! Who wants to be like everyone else anyway?!
