Happy Mother’s Day! Just a quick update about a few changes happening with mum and baby exercise👶

Classes will be term time only and after Easter will be done on a block booking for the term before a break for the school holidays.

BUT… As there is only 2 weeks left until Easter the next 2 weeks I am running as trial sessions- so come along and try it out🤩 no pressure or expectations, come and see what it is about.

With 10 years’ experience teaching baby massage, I can confidently say it is the most perfect first class for your little one and I adore teaching it 🙂

This is a 5-week baby massage course giving you time to learn, practice, bond and truly see the benefits build week by week.

Hello All, I am still on mat leave but am putting the feelers out for a NEW class at Revive Health and Fitness starting next year- more to follow on this.🤩
