🔥 CLIENT SUCCESS STORY – HEATHER’S JOURNEY 🔥
A huge congratulations to Heather on an incredible transformation over the past 8-9 months!
Since joining our group training sessions, Heather has completely committed herself to improving her health, fitness, and overall wellbeing.
When she first started, her focus was mainly on our cardio and core-based sessions every Wednesday (HIIT Glow) and Saturday (Boxing Bootcamp), helping to build fitness, confidence, and consistency.
Over the last couple of months in particular, Heather has taken things to the next level by adding 1-2 of our strength-based group sessions each week on Mondays (Full Body Push) and Tuesdays (Full Body Pull & Core).
The results speak for themselves:

✅ Built lean muscle
✅ Improved fitness levels
✅ Boosted confidence
