Well we are up and twirling again at last!! So wonderful to see everyone, hope you’re not aching too much!!
Next class is Thursday 13th, beginners at 6 and general level at 7.15. Booking essential as only 5 per group. I will put more sessions on if these become full!

Enjoyed our class last night after our break. I said it would hurt and this morning it does!! Muscles that haven’t been used for a fortnight are complaining today!!
And here is a photo of the actual Red Arrows seen at the Cromer Carnival! (When creating our dances I often throw in a move known as The Red Arrows) - Death-defying, precise moves, almost as good as when we do them!!!

Hi everyone unfortunately there won’t be a class tomorrow evening (July 12 th). My daughter got me tickets for a cinema streaming of the popular musical trio ‘Muse’, so I shall be discarding my ballet shoes for my rock chick gear!! I’m guessing there are no mosh-pits in cinemas ......

We have had great fun these last few weeks learning some of the dances from Swan Lake. I have delved deep into the recesses of my memory to retrieve the choreography by the marvellous Terence Etheridge, and our very first group outing to see the very same production is this Sunday!! We are all very excited and, ready to leap on stage at a moment’s notice should we be required!!
