Sitting with discomfort doesn’t necessarily get easier, don’t let your ego hold you back. 🪬🧿

Imposter syndrome has a way of showing up in all kinds of situations, often when we’re stepping outside our comfort zone.

I definitely felt it when I arrived here on my own for this Yoga festival.

But every time we move through the doubt instead of letting it stop us, we grow. 🌿 The confidence comes later - first comes the courage to show up.

A reminder that consistency isn’t about feeling ready; it’s about showing up anyway. And over time, that’s what makes all the difference. 🙏✨
