Martial arts at Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy Retford . It is more than kicking and striking……….The master explained his teaching methods places an emphasis on learning skills that are taught not just to help in the martial arts lessons, but to help in children’s school education, adult working environments’ and socially in everyday life.

Developing structure, honouring rules, focusing on health and mental wellbeing, martial arts at Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy also teaches confidence building, understanding courtesy and respect towards parents, respecting their peers and others in society.

Students that participate in martial at the Retford based leadership academy ranged from 4 to 75 years and have trained with Master Blinston for many years learning, practising, and demonstrating their traditional martial arts, sports combat, Leadership curriculum, technical skills, and self Defence.

Master Blinston has extended the opportunity throughout the month of May for children, adults, and families to take a complimentary lesson at the academy or participate in the 1-month Introductory course.
