🐴 Gymnastic Training Sessions 🐴

My gymnastic training sessions are set up with 3 or 4 carefully designed exercises around the arena, allowing me to adapt the work to suit all combinations of horse and rider.

For novice riders:
We focus on developing balance, confidence and security in the saddle, helping riders feel more independent and effective.

For novice horses:
It’s all about building confidence, improving foot placement and helping them develop a better shape over a fence — giving them the tools to become more confident and consistent jumpers.

For more experienced riders:
We combine all of the above, while adding exercises that challenge the rider to make the adjustments necessary to help their horse clear a fence effectively.

There’s something for every horse and rider — whether you’re building the foundations or looking to fine-tune your skills. 🏇
