Baked oats - Easy, tasty and quick 1/2 cup oats1 small banana 1 egg 1/4 cup milk of your choice (I use almond)1 tsp baki...

Baked oats - Easy, tasty and quick

1/2 cup oats
1 small banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk of your choice (I use almond)
1 tsp baking soda
Optional 1 tsp sweetener of your choice maple syrup, honey etc

Put everything into the blender until smooth then pour into oven proof dish sprinkle a few choc chips on top and bake in oven or air fryer for 20-25mins on 180 degrees

Enjoy (I tried adding a tbsp of peanut butter this morning instead of sweetener)

You can make this the night before and just give it a quick zap in the microwave in the morning when your on the go :)
